i'm finally baq from taiwan... hahax.. kinda miss the nice n beautiful place.. i reali had a fun time in taiwan.. went wif a tour organised by dynasty travel.. this tour group was reali fun as compared to the other tour grp i went b4.. there was this farnie man in our grp hu always entertains us.. n 2 cute lil girls to play wif.. hehex.. the whole tour was full of joy n laughter.. hehex.. in taiwan.. we travel in terms of hours.. even from one place to another in the same city.. dat's how big it is... hehex..shall tok abt my 7 days in taiwan....
day 1:
reached taiwan in the afternoon n the place was pretty cold.. like 15 degrees C? hahax..den went to miramar entertainment shopping centre.. there's a huge ferris wheel in the shopping centre.. the shoppin centre is super big.. hehex.. so beautiful k..
den we went to dis beautiful flower garden.. there's a lot of flowers in the garden.. veri beautiful.. :) soon it was dark le.. in taiwan.. at 5 plus in the evening.. the sky is already veri dark.. equivalent to singapore's 8 plus..
went to shilin night market for dinner after dat..
the market has over 100 stores of diff kind of fd.. its so crowded n busy.. hehex.. but the fd there is pretty nice.. :) esp the BIG CRISPY CHICKEN!! hehex.. all of us bought at least 2.. hehex.. :)
day 2
woke up veri early.. cos had to take a train to hualien.. b4 gng hualien.. we went to a market called jiufen.. there's lots of things to eat n buy there.. hehex.. bought my souvenirs there tooo.. hehex.. heehx.. we were given 2 hrs to shop there but couldn finish shoppin la.. its a long stretch of 'road' wif lots of food n shops.. hehex.. but its super crowded too.. went to the train station after dat.. the train trip is 5 hrs plus.. so i slept throughout the trip.. hehex.. but the train is so comfortable la.. haha..
we watched dis culture show at hualien.. initially.. i tot it will b super borin.. but it ended up to b so interestin.. its abt dis culture which was lost after a volcano eruption... hehex.. n their marriage custom is dat the groom haf to piggyback the bride over mountains as their race were dispersed everywhere.. hehex.. so poor thing la the groom.. hehex..
the hotel tonight was super beautiful n nice.. 5 stars if i didn rmb wrongly.. :)
day 3
went to serveral beautiful sights.. n.. its x'mas.. hehex.. had to climd 2 long stairs.. one is of 64 steps n the other of 132 steps.. hahax.. but the scenary was superly beautiful.. we went into this cave through the dragon's mouth n came out through the tiger's mouth.. hehex.. n we bought plenty n tonnes of tidbits.. :) hehex.. they were super nice.. n o ya.. tried this coffee brewed wif natural moneral water.. my sis n i even picked sum beautiful stones.. hehex..
we were brought to several beautiful places.. hehex.. n i realised dat the toilets in taiwan r all veri clean.. b it in the market or shopping centres.. n dat TISSUES R PROVIDED!!! hahax.. :)
day 4
went to the janfusan theme park n stayed in the janfusan prince hotel.. played many games includin the water games.. was so cold la wen we were wet.. n the farnie thing is dat in the theme park.. usually.. families wil b break up n go play themselves.. but we ended up followin dis nice gor gor in our tour grp n all of us played together.. hehex.. so farnie la.. there was dis 'roller coaster' like game dat it will plunge down 90 degrees.. all of us freaked out wen we saw it.. so 2 boys n the gor gor from our tour went to try out n told us how it feel like.. but.............................. we still didn dare to take it.. imagine urself plungin down 90 degrees downwards into a dark cave.. so scary la.. :1
after playin.. we rested in the hotel for abt 1 hr b4 dinner.. it was another joke time durin dinner.. the entertainin guy was like teasin the waitress la.. so farnie.. we were all luffin throughout dinner n every1 was lookin at us.. hahax.. but we just continue luffin throughout..
went for 2 shows after dinner.. n......................... DATS WEN WE EXPERIENCED THE EARTHQUAKE!!!!!!!!!!! wooooo.... dats how it goes... we viewed a 3D show wif stimulators.. which means.. seats dat will move accordingly to the screen picts.. den after this show.. we went for another show(a live performance by sum westerners)... wen we were watchin half way... thye seats started to move.. i tot it was a stimulator again.. so i didn care as it stopped after a while.. den the seat started movin again.. i tot it was the noys next to me shakin the chair.. so i looked at them n they smiled baq n shoke their head(i guess they knew wad i meant).. den the taiwan students started fleein.. n the farnie thing was dat the entertainin guy seatin behind me realised dat it was an earthquake n he shouted 'di zhen' n dragged his wife n ran.. the rest nx to him started runnin oso.. lol la.. n my parents said dat the ceilin was shakin.. n my dad said dat one tile dropped...dats wen i know abt the earthquake.. pretty slow though.. hehex.. every1 started runnin away till the whole place was pretty empty leavin the few of us.. after a while.. the shake stopped.. dose hu ran out wanted to watch the show too so they hid at a corner n continued watchin till the show ended.. haha.. after the show.. every1 started tokin abt it n my dad gave the entertainin guy's action a name..'POP'.. hahax,, n we all started luffin again n continued crackin jokes abt it.. hahax.. lol.. :)
day 5
we had hot spring today.. it was nice though.. initially, it was super hot.. but we got used to it slowly.. hehex.. n felt dat it was so comfortable.. the water was like of 40 to nearly 50 degrees..n we oso had lunch at dis farnie hse.. it looks queer.. but its veri nice.. includin the fd.. hahax.. den we had our hot spring in ta shee resort.. the resort where liu xing hua yuan was once filmed at.. n.. we oso went to c the changin of shift of the taiwan guards.. they look handsome n cool K!!! seriously.... so cool can.. hehe.. :) went to the pub in the hotel.. as in to haf a look n to sing.. hehex.. no drinkin of cos.. :)
day 6
it's shopping day today.. we went to all the shoppin centres today to do all our last min shoppin dat all haf been waitin for... went to wu fen pu sfahion street, 101 shopping centre(where all the branded goods r sold there)... n oso lastly the ximenting.. :) we all shopped till 12 plus at night.. hehex.. but at least.. i bought the minimum things i wan.. hahax.. the pplace is reali huge.. couldn finish shoppin la.. hahax.. but the shops had to close.. haix..
day 7
return to singapore.. haix.. most of us were reluctant to leave.. hehex.. but we had to leave.. :(
aniwae... we reached singapore in the evenin n all of us parted... haix.. it was reali a fun lovin grp to b in .. hehex.. n the regret is dat............ we actualli forgot to take a grp pict!!!! haix...
